So after much thought and how this is going to work, this is how the plot will revolve:

Central plot: There is a virus named the Pokerus. It doesn't harm pokemon but it DOES help them level faster. Trainers have been known to pay huge sums of money for a sick pokemon in the opes that it will pass onto theirs. The mysterious viral lifeform Pokérus is an important component of the Pokémon Power Acceleration Project (PPAP), a secret project that aims to infect Pokémon with Pokérus to evolve them at a faster rate. As this is happening, a young youth from pallet down, a recent transfer from Kanto, goes on his dream to master pokemon and to become the one true pokemon master! He walks out of his home, not realizing just how dark and cruel the world can be. Sadly, He will soon find out...
